SHIPPING

Free shipping on orders $75 and over within the United States. No code necessary.

All of our products are made to order. We ask that you allow 1 - 3 business days for your product to be made and 2 - 4 business days for shipping. We ship UPS 3 Day and USPS Priority.

Shipping is within the United States and Canada. We do not ship internationally just yet! 

Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Your products are made and shipped from Texas. If you do not receive a tracking number or having problems tracking your order please contact us.

RETURNS

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges that have been opened. If you’re not happy with your purchase or need to return/exchange the unopened product(s) please contact us by email at info@shopskinflo.com.

We offer returns and exchanges on sealed (security shrink wraps intact) and unopened product(s) within 7 days of receipt of delivery to your home. After 7 days there are no refunds or exchanges, all sales are final. Shipping charges are non-refundable and you are required to pay for shipping in an event that you would like to return/exchange a product(s).

If you receive a damaged item(s), please contact us within 48 hours at info@shopskinflo.com with images of the damaged product(s). We value and appreciate our customers greatly, we will do what we can to ensure your happiness is with our products.
